Delivery and collection

Choose delivery or collection when you order, along with the date you need it. Bouquets are made fresh for that date.

  • Delivery across Essex and East London, on the date you choose.
  • Collection available at a time agreed with you.
  • We'll confirm delivery details with you before your order is made.

If no one is in, we'll contact you on the phone number you give us to arrange the best option.

Events and setup

For weddings, nikahs and other events, we deliver and set up your display at the venue so it's ready before your guests arrive. We'll confirm timings and venue access with you in advance.

Allergens

Our bouquets and displays are made with fresh fruit. Some include chocolate and dipped strawberries, which may contain milk, soya and nuts. Some bouquets include chocolates as an add-on.

Please tell us about any allergies when you order. We'll let you know what's possible, and can leave out chocolate on request.

Caring for your fruit

Keep it cool

Store your bouquet in the fridge until you're ready to enjoy it.

Out of the sun

Keep it away from direct sunlight and warm rooms, especially pieces with chocolate.

Enjoy it fresh

Fresh fruit is best enjoyed as soon as possible after delivery or collection.

Skewers

Bouquets are held together with wooden skewers. Please take care, especially with children.

Changes and cancellations

Need to change your date, design or address? Message us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Payment

No payment is taken on this website. When you send your order or enquiry, Fruitastic will confirm the details, total and how to pay directly with you.

FAQs

How much does a fruit bouquet cost?
Personalised fruit bouquets start from £50, with add-ons from £4. Event displays, platters and towers are quoted per event.
Can I add a name or a message?
Yes. Names, words and numbers of up to 8 letters can be cut from fresh pineapple, and you can add a gift card message.
How far in advance should I order?
As early as you can, especially for weddings and busy dates like Mother's Day. Message us with your date and we'll confirm availability.
Can I order for the same day?
Message us with your date and we'll let you know if we can help.
Do you take corporate orders?
Yes. We've made platters and towers for business openings. See corporate.
Are your bouquets suitable for vegans?
Fresh fruit is plant-based. Chocolate pieces may contain milk, so ask for a fruit-only bouquet.
